Welcome to the start of a new school year!
This is my 13th year in Menomonee Falls and my 27th year teaching middle and secondary level mathematics. This year I will be teaching 8th grade mathematics at North Middle School. It is my goal to promote and encourage mathematical thinking and to challenge and support students in reaching their personal learning goals.
We have updated the process of our classroom pages from SchoolFusion to Schoology. In Schoology, I update my course pages regularly so that students and parents are aware of "what's happening" in our classroom. There are important announcements, homework, weekly plans, web site links, and due dates on my Schoology pages. This is a great communication tool that I encourage all students and parents to utilize throughout the year. Open communication between school and home is the key to success for all students. Please don't hesitate to contact me about any questions or concerns you have throughout the year.
I am looking forward to a fun, exciting, and successful 2016-2017 school year!
I received my bachelor's degree from Marquette University with majors in mathematics and secondary education.
I hold the following certification: Professional Educators License - WI 400 Mathematics - Grades 7-12
Pre-Algebra (4th hour)
Enriched Algebra I (1st hour)
Algebra I (2nd, 5th, and 6th hours)
